Diversity and Inclusion
Diversity and inclusion hold great personal significance for me, especially as a proud gay man who has faced discrimination and violence due to my sexual orientation. These challenging experiences have been transformative, fostering growth and resilience. I am committed to leveraging my experiences in D&I to educate others and combat inequality.
Since 2017, I have served as a founding board member of OPEN Pride, Omnicom’s LGBT+ Allies group. I also lead the AMV Diversity Champions group and have collaborated with GSN and Snapchat on various projects for Digital Pride.
